Our metals experience is as diverse as the products produced – surgical implants, fire hydrants, outboard motors, engine blocks, jet engine turbine blades. Sand, lost foam, investment casting projects are all included in our successful controls portfolio.

With our partners in the investment casting industry, IPS can provide complete systems from wax machines, systems to produce the investment and de-wax. We integrate all components of the process via our shell management system which not only controls and tracks your shells through the process but provides significant production information to your host systems via open databases.
